Sell Your iPhone? How does it work? It's very simple... We want to buy your used iPhone, no matter what condition it's in, and we'll pay you top dollar for it! Contact us if you have any questions. We will not sell, rent, or give away your personal information to anyone for any reason, without your permission.

How long does it take for me to get paid? Within one business day after we receive and approve your iPhone, we will send your payment by PayPal. Please note that if you send us an iPhone that is in different condition from what you put on our online form, we will send you a revised quote based on the actual condition of your iPhone. If you don't agree with the quote, then we will send your iPhone back to you (we pay the postage).

Is your payment offer binding? Yes, assuming you have reported the actual condition of your iPhone to us. After you tell us about your iPhone on our online quote wizard, we will give you an instant quote online. Then we send you your postage-paid label to send us the iPhone. When we receive the iPhone, we'll review it against what you told us on the online wizard, and if the quality is the same as what you told us, your payment will go out by PayPal within one business day. We will contact you after we receive your iPhone, if we have any questions or concerns.

Do you only buy iPhones? Yes, at this time we are only purchasing used iPhones.

I found an iPhone on the street. Will you buy it? No. We do not buy lost or stolen iPhones. The only iPhones we buy are ones that are legitimately owned by the customers who sell them to us.
